The X65 MULTI has a resistance transformer (UNUN) with a ratio of 9:1 at the feed point. It reduces the extremely high impedance of a short wire to a range that can be matched with a normal tuner. The X65MULTI is then connected with coax to the tuner, the SWR on this line is usually below 3:1, and losses are low.
The X65MULTI is built to be low visual impact and suitable to fit most small garden plots and of course is perfect for those portable expeditions. The X65MULTI has a radiating wire length of 65 feet (19.8m) and covers 80m thru to 10m + all warc bands (TUNER REQUIRED AT THE TX END), the max power is 150 watts pep.
For short-wave listeners the X65MULTI is an ideal antenna, a simple wire connected to a receiver is very badly matched, resulting in only mediocre efficiency. With the X65MULTI the match is greatly improved, an additional matching unit is not required.
The X65MULTI is individually hand built to a very high standard using quality components, and is always tested for efficiency and quality. The X65MULTI can be pole mounted or attached to the side of a building, the antenna can be inverted or fully horizontal or even doglegged to accommodate most qth’s.

SRC X80 Vertical HF Multiband antenna.
The X80 is an end fed aluminium vertical antenna, capable of allowing the user to work 80 meters through 10 meter bands using an ATU, also not requiring any counterpoise and can be fed using coax cable. The antenna can be pole mounted at ground level or elevated depending on the users personel requirements. The antenna is rated at 150 watts pep but will handle up to 200 watts sideband. The antenna comes complete with all fixings and fixtures and full installation guide.
How it works: The antenna is fed using coax via an SO239 socket at the base of the unit. A tried and tested SRC 9:1 UNUN transformer is located in a weather sealed box at the bottom of the 21 foot telescoping aluminium element. The transformer reduces the high impedances generated to a more acceptable level making the antenna much more efficient and allowing proper and easy tuning via a manual and most automatic ATU's. The antenna can be grounded if the user experiences excessive local static noise, but as the UNUN is DC grounded, grounding will not effect the tuning ratio.

SRC X130 End fed HF wire Antenna.
The SRC X130 is the latest antenna to our range, with a full range of features it looks as though this could be quite a popular antenna. The X130 has its foundations on the very successful SRC 9:1 UNUN (HP) it has high power handling and full HF frequency coverage and is built to withstand the toughest of conditions.
The X130 has a 9:1 unun at its base and 130 feet of wire allowing it to be tuned using an ATU system from 160 meter band through to 10 meters, the main box is fully weatherproof and has a stainless steel eyebolt for ease of mounting. The antenna is fed using 50ohm coax feeder into an SO239 socket, also located on the unit is a convenient grounding terminal, but as this system is an unbalanced antenna the grounding terminal doesnt serve as a counterpoise but a facility to reduce static noise levels.
