Whether its a longwire or a vertical you are looking to put on the air, this little box is the answer for you. The 9:1 Unun is a transformer Bringing high values such as 450 Ohm's to a closer and more manageable 36 to 90 Ohms, thus allowing a much better match from your coax feeder to the random length. Feed this transformer with 50 Ohm coax add a length of wire and you are off. Please note: for multiband use, a tuner is required.
